Automatic tools.py Detection

If a tools.py file exists in your current working directory, it will be shown in the output and automatically loaded when running agents: 
# Create a tools.py in your project
echo 'def my_tool(x): return x' > tools.py

# Verify it's detected
praisonai tools show-sources
